Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a host or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain courteous and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with reservation or paging systems like Wisely is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage the efficient and timely seating of guests to a table that best serves their wishes
- Graciously recognize regular customers by name
- Record guest name and number in party during busy periods
- Page guests using the Wisely system and call out party when tables become available
- Assist in clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing tables when necessary
- Ensure menus are clean, organized, and adequately supplied
- Offer entertainment and local attraction recommendations
