Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to warmly greet and assist guests
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage waitlists and guest seating efficiently
- Availability to work breakfast and lunch shifts only
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in seating areas
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Basic knowledge of restaurant seating software is a plus
Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage the efficient and timely seating of guests
- Recognize regular customers by name and greet them graciously
- Record guests' names and party size when immediate seating is limited
- Page guests via Wisely and call out the name and party size when tables become available
- Assist in clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing tables when necessary
- Ensure clean, organized, and adequate supply of menus for guests
- Offer entertainment and attraction suggestions for the trade area
