Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of seating management systems
- Availability to work days only
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage the efficient and timely seating of guests to tables that best serve their wishes
- Graciously greet all guests upon arrival and recognize regular customers by name
- Record guests names and party size when immediate seating is limited
- Page guests via Wisely and call out the name and number of party when tables become available
- Assist in clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing tables when necessary
- Ensure clean, organized, and adequate supply of menus for guests
- Offer entertainment and attraction suggestions for the trade area
