Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality role preferred
- Ability to greet and interact warmly with guests
- Basic knowledge of seating management
- Ability to use computerized paging systems
- Flexible availability during daytime hours
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage guest interactions with warmth and professionalism
- Familiarity with paging systems such as Wisely is a plus
- Ability to multitask and maintain organization during busy times

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage the efficient and timely seating of guests
- Recognize regular customers and greet them by name
- Record guests' names and party sizes when immediate seating is limited
- Page guests via Wisely and announce availability
- Assist in clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing tables
- Ensure menus are clean, organized, and adequately supplied
- Offer entertainment and local attraction suggestions
