Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
  • able to stand for up to 10 hours per day
  • able to exert fast-paced mobility to accomplish tasks
  • bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment
  • ability to work within the following conditions: wet floors, temperature extremes, and loud noise
  • maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards

Job Duties

  • Represent Tapville's core values
  • answer phones within two rings, answering questions and taking reservations in a friendly and efficient manner
  • manage waitlist and prepare seating assignments prior to service
  • greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and escort them to their table
  • thank and re-invite departing guests
  • ensure guests receive Tapville's five-star guest experience
  • follow up on any issues and complaints to maximize guest satisfaction
  • execute role-specific Tapville Social brand operating procedures
  • organize, stock, and clean station
  • adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures
