Job Duties
- represent Tapville's core values
- answer phones within two rings answering questions and taking reservations in a friendly and efficient manner
- manage waitlist and prepare seating assignments prior to service
- greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and escort them to their table
- thank and re-invite departing guests
- ensure guests receive Tapville's five-star guest experience follow up on any issues and complaints to maximize guest satisfaction
- execute role-specific Tapville Social brand operating procedures
- organize stock and clean station
- adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures
