Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
- able to stand for up to 10 hours per day
- able to exert fast-paced mobility to accomplish tasks, bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment
- ability to work within the following conditions: wet floors, temperature extremes, and loud noise
- maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards

Job Duties
- Represent Tapville's core values
- answer phones within two rings, answering questions and taking reservations in a friendly and efficient manner
- manage waitlist and prepare seating assignments prior to service
- greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and escort them to their table
- thank and re-invite departing guests
- ensure guests receive Tapville's five-star guest experience
- follow up on any issues and complaints to maximize guest satisfaction
- execute role-specific Tapville Social brand operating procedures
- organize, stock, and clean station
- adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures
