Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- high school diploma or education equivalent required
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to interact with mobile devices and touchscreen technology
- previous experience using smartphones and/or tablets applications strongly preferred
- ability to communicate in other languages for work is a plus
- gaming license required, process facilitated by the company
- food handler certification required

Job Duties
- Provides information on all aspects of available services and facilities for guests
- greets guests, arranges seating, monitors room atmosphere
- quotes accurate waiting times and handles guest waiting lists and reservations
- answers phones according to established procedures
- calls guests back after reviewing phone messages daily
- reconfirms reservations before peak nights
- assists guests with reservations via phone and in person
- assists guests with special requests
- communicates with co-workers and supervisors to ensure quality service
- maintains seating log and directs flow of work for wait and bus staff
- updates floor chart regularly throughout shift
- cleans menus and host stand as required
- lightly dusts and maintains work area
- assists wait staff with to-go orders
- provides prompt, friendly greeting and proper seating
- demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
- ensures smooth operation of front of the restaurant
- complies with all departmental and company rules and regulations
- attends periodic meetings and training sessions
- maintains neat and clean appearance
- performs other duties as assigned
