Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- able to read, write legibly, understand and speak English
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- available to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- must meet professional appearance standards as per company policy
- able to respond to visual and oral cues
- able to work in constricting areas
- able to tolerate noise and bright lights
- able to work at a fast pace in crowded and noisy environment
- physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 100 lbs, and ability to bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces

Job Duties
- provide fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and restaurant staff
- greet and welcome each guest entering restaurant
- seat guests in restaurant as per specified rotation requirements
- maintain proper seating and reservation documentation
- monitor restaurant for table availability
- keep designated working area clean and organized, maintain cleanliness of dining room including cashiering area in accordance with health and safety standards
- assist wait staff and bus persons in their duties such as refilling water glasses and coffee cups, pre-bussing and bussing tables, attending to guest needs
- complete all assigned closing duties at end of shift
- promote current casino events and programs, provide guests with directions to all casino areas
- thank customers, invite them back, wish them luck and facilitate easy return to play
- assist in any duties deemed necessary by supervisors
