Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to read, write legibly, understand and speak English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Available to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
- Able to work in constricting areas
- Able to tolerate noise and bright lights
- Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded and noisy environment
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 100 lbs, and ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and staff
- Greet and welcome each guest entering the restaurant
- Seat guests according to specified rotation requirements
- Maintain proper seating and reservation documentation
- Monitor restaurant for table availability
- Keep working area clean and organized, maintaining cleanliness of dining room and cashiering area
- Assist wait staff and bus persons in duties such as refilling beverages and bussing tables
- Complete assigned closing duties at end of shift
- Promote current casino events and direct guests to casino areas
- Thank customers and invite them back
- Assist in any duties deemed necessary by supervisors
