Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- read, write legibly, understand and speak English
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- available to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
- must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
- able to work in constricting areas
- able to tolerate noise and bright lights
- able to work at a fast pace in often crowded and noisy environment
- physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 100 lbs., and ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces

Job Duties
- Foster a fun environment
- be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
- promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
- provide fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and staff
- greet and welcome each guest entering the restaurant
- seat guests according to specified rotation requirements
- maintain proper seating and reservation documentation
- monitor restaurant for table availability
- keep designated working area clean and organized
- assist wait staff and bus persons by refilling water and coffee, pre-bussing and bussing tables, and attending to guest needs
- complete all assigned closing duties at end of shift
- know and promote current casino events and programs and give guests directions to all casino areas
- thank customers, invite them back, wish them luck and facilitate their return to play
