Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Read, write legibly, understand and speak English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Available to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- Must meet professional appearance standards
- Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
- Able to work in constricting areas
- Able to tolerate noise and bright lights
- Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded and noisy environments
- Physically mobile with ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 100 lbs
- Able to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties

Job Duties
- Fostering a fun environment
- Being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
- Promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events
- Providing fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and staff
- Greeting and welcoming each guest entering the restaurant
- Seating guests according to specified rotation requirements
- Maintaining proper seating and reservation documentation
- Monitoring restaurant for table availability
- Keeping designated working area clean and organized
- Assisting wait staff and bus persons by refilling beverages and pre-busing tables
- Completing all assigned closing duties at the end of the shift
- Promoting current casino events and programs
- Thanking customers and inviting them back
