Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
- Pass a pre-employment and random drug screening
- Successfully pass a background investigation
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance
- Ability to work in environments with moderate exposure to elements such as noise and odors
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as balancing, climbing, crouching, and bending
- Willingness to follow safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED certification or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle guest inquiries efficiently
- Knowledge of reservation and seating management

Job Duties
- Greets guests as they arrive with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Escorts guests to their tables and assists as needed
- Answers phone calls and handles reservation inquiries professionally
- Records reservation details and special requests accurately
- Communicates special or VIP guest requests to appropriate staff
- Maintains positive attitude and professional appearance
- Relays important information to guests such as wait times
- Inspects dining and serving areas for cleanliness and proper setup
- Maintains contact with kitchen, management, and serving staff for smooth service
- Takes to-go and room service orders and coordinates delivery
- Performs daily transactions including cash, credit card, comps, and food vouchers
- Assists servers and bartenders as needed
- Makes daily floor plans for server rotations
- Packages takeout orders properly
- Keeps track of server availability for seating
- Helps bussers with table clearing
- Places guests on wait lists and notifies them when tables are ready
- Confirms amenities with front desk
- Adheres to attendance policies and punctuality
- Performs additional job-related duties as assigned
- Resolves guest issues empathetically and promptly
- Builds and maintains positive guest relationships
