Job Requirements

- must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with guests
- must be able to read, write legibly, understand and speak English
- must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
- available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
- able to work in constricting areas
- able to tolerate noise and bright lights
- able to work at a fast pace in crowded and noisy environment
- physically mobile with ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs
- able to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance during job duties in varying work areas including confined spaces

Job Duties
- Foster a fun environment
- be a gracious host to all guests and coworkers
- promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
- provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and staff
- provide personalized service and use guest’s name during all interactions
- greet each guest entering restaurant
- seat guests in restaurant as per specified rotation requirements
- maintain proper seating and reservation documentation
- monitor restaurant for table availability
- keep designated working area clean and organized
- wipe and assist in maintaining cleanliness of dining room including cashiering area
- assist wait staff and bus persons in their duties such as refilling water glasses and coffee cups, pre-busing and bussing tables, and attending to guest needs
- operate cash register/POS system accurately and maintain integrity of all financial controls
- complete all assigned closing duties at end of shift
- complete any reasonably requested job duty or request made by management personnel
- know and promote current casino events and programs and give guests directions to casino areas
- thank customers, invite them back, wish them luck, and make it easy for them to get back in play
