- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Provide friendly, responsive service to guests
- Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival
- Manage efficient and timely seating of guests
- Promote, work and act in line with SERG Restaurant Group's mission
- Open front door for guests entering or leaving when possible
- Provide guests with menus and inform them about their server
- Record guest names and party size, provide wait times
- Assign guests to tables to balance server seatings
- Ensure guest satisfaction with food and service
- Answer telephone calls and respond or transfer inquiries
- Maintain communication with kitchen, management, serving staff, and guests
- Inform guests of establishment specialties
- Receive and record dining reservations
- Inspect and maintain restroom cleanliness and supplies
- Relay messages to servers and bussers
- Thank guests on departure and invite return visits
- Attend employee meetings and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with and assist fellow employees
- Fill in for employees when needed
- Take and prepare to-go orders
- Operate cash registers
- Assist with food and beverage preparation and service
