Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle telephone inquiries professionally
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry preferred
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and POS operations
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting

Job Duties
- Provide friendly and responsive service to guests
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and seat them at appropriate tables
- Manage guest seating efficiently to accommodate their needs
- Provide menus and inform guests of their servers
- Record guest details and manage waiting lists
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, management, and serving team
- Answer telephone inquiries and assist with reservations
- Inspect and maintain cleanliness of restrooms
- Relay messages to staff as needed
- Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return
- Assist in taking and preparing to-go orders
- Operate cash registers for guest payments
- Assist with food and beverage preparation and service
