Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle telephone inquiries professionally

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry preferred
  • Basic knowledge of reservation systems and POS operations

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and responsive service to guests
  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and seat them at appropriate tables
  • Manage guest seating efficiently to accommodate their needs
  • Provide menus and inform guests of their servers
  • Record guest details and manage waiting lists
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, management, and serving team
  • Answer telephone inquiries and assist with reservations
  • Inspect and maintain cleanliness of restrooms
  • Relay messages to staff as needed
  • Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return
  • Assist in taking and preparing to-go orders
  • Operate cash registers for guest payments
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation and service
