Job Duties

  • maintains a guest focus while performing duties
  • assume responsibility for quality guests' experience
  • welcome and greet guests
  • seat guests in a timely and welcoming manner
  • inform the server about new guests in their section
  • answer questions about food, beverages, and other restaurant and resort services
  • perform side work during shifts as required
  • complete opening and closing side work
  • maintain clean menu covers, menu inserts, and host station
  • monitor and observe guests' dining experience
  • respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
  • thank guests for their visit and invite them to return
  • attend all scheduled team meetings and training
  • assist servers as needed
  • notify manager-on-duty if guest is not satisfied
  • have knowledge of all department policies, standards, and procedures
  • maintain cleanliness of work area
  • adhere to all safety rules and regulations
  • work holidays and weekends
