Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- greet guests as they enter the restaurant and provide dinner menus
- possess knowledge of the menu
- answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
- assign guests to preferred tables while maintaining proper table rotation to balance server workload
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- stand for long periods and manage busy shifts
- assist other team members when necessary
