Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
- willingness to work on your feet for up to 8 hours
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle phone calls and direct orders accurately
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

- basic computer skills for managing wait lists and orders

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests courteously and efficiently
- answer the phone and direct to-go orders properly
- manage the wait list and call-ahead seating
- keep the host/hostess area stocked with necessary items
- maintain cleanliness of the lobby area
- clean and organize menus and restrooms
- exert fast-paced mobility and use physical motions such as pushing, pulling, and stretching
