Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- Ability to remain on feet and mobile for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic phone and communication skills
- Ability to use motion requiring pushing, pulling, stretching, and use of fingers and wrists
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience in a customer service role preferred
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests courteously and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct to-go orders properly
- Manage the wait list and call-ahead seating
- Keep the hostess area stocked with all necessary items
- Maintain cleanliness of the lobby area, menus, and restrooms
- Lift 25-50 pounds and exert fast-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- Use motion involving pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
