Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in hospitality preferred
- Two or four year degree in field of choice preferred
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintain a commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction
- Lead guest experience from arrival to departure
- Ensure physical atmosphere and cleanliness of guest seating area
- Take initiative to develop and execute solutions for guest requests
- Provide daily report of guest covers and feedback to leadership
- Enforce high standards of hygiene and sanitation
- Track regular guest experiences and traffic
- Assist with development, training, and inspiration of teammates
- Provide prompt follow-up to all guest concerns
- Empower team to exceed service standards
- Instill a calm, organized approach in stressful situations
- Maintain a safe and pleasant work environment
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant
- Promote high associate morale
- Answer guest phone calls and inquiries with care
- Take a proactive approach to stressful moments
- Attend appropriate department meetings
- Resolve guest issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain strong knowledge of hospitality trends, especially food and beverage
- Provide general information on local attractions
- Offer warm and sincere welcome and farewell to all guests
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of location amenities and special events
- Interact professionally with fellow associates and assist other departments
- Upsell to guests when assigned
- Always maintain a professional demeanor and attitude
- Maintain constant awareness of safety issues and report incidents
- Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and sanitation of equipment and tableware
- Follow through on lost and found procedures
- Maintain professional appearance and follow dress code
- Remain alert, courteous, and helpful at all times
