Job Requirements

21 years or older
flexible availability including weekends and Sundays
ability to stand for extended periods
reliable and punctual
positive attitude and passion for customer service
willingness to learn and grow within the role

Job Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
friendly and outgoing personality
ability to work well in a team
previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
ability to handle a fast-paced environment
familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable is a plus
