Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Maintain proper set-up of the dining room
  • conduct daily roll call meetings with service staff
  • supervise all service personnel in absence of outlet manager
  • meet and greet guests and escort them to tables
  • present menus to guests
  • engage guests in friendly conversation to ensure satisfaction
  • communicate guest requests to service staff and follow up
  • maintain daily communication log book
  • receive, record and arrange outlet reservations and special functions
  • maintain accurate reservation system with all required details
  • provide administrative support including personnel files and guest check deposits
  • assist with food and beverage service as needed
  • carry coffee pots and refill guests' cups
  • use suggestive selling techniques
  • perform special projects and other assigned responsibilities
