Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 months related experience
- basic knowledge of hospitality safety and security procedures
- strong customer service orientation
- effective English communication skills
- energetic and outgoing demeanor
- excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- ability to follow directions accurately

- ability to multitask
- basic arithmetic and financial understanding
- typing proficiency
- computer literacy including Microsoft Office
- willingness to travel occasionally
- availability during regular business hours Monday to Friday with some weekend or holiday work as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school or equivalent experience
- 3+ months to one year of related experience
- advanced knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office and Outlook preferred
- working knowledge of property safety and security procedures
- strong customer service and sales skills
- effective communication skills in English
- energetic and outgoing personality
- excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- ability to follow directions with attention to detail
- team player capable of working under minimal supervision
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic financial literacy and arithmetic skills
- typing speed of 45 wpm
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera preferred
- ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion
Job Duties
- Maintain proper set-up of the dining room
- conduct daily roll call meetings with service staff
- supervise service personnel in absence of outlet manager
- greet and escort guests to tables
- present menus and engage guests in friendly conversation
- communicate guest requests to appropriate staff
- maintain daily log book entries
- manage outlet reservations and special functions
- provide administrative support such as maintaining personnel files and filing menus
- assist with food and beverage service including refilling beverages
- apply suggestive selling techniques
- perform special projects as assigned
