Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 months to 1 year of related experience
- advanced knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office and Outlook preferred
- working knowledge of property safety and security procedures
- must be service oriented with excellent customer service and sales skills
- excellent communication skills in English
- energetic and outgoing
- excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- ability to follow instructions with attention to detail
- team player able to work with minimal supervision
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills
- ability to type 45 wpm
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and Opera preferred
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- ability to abide by payroll policies
- willingness to travel as needed
- availability to work Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with occasional weekends or holidays

Job Duties
- Maintain proper set-up of the dining room
- conduct daily roll call meetings with service staff
- supervise all service personnel in absence of outlet manager
- greet guests upon arrival and escort to tables
- present menus and ensure guest satisfaction
- communicate guest requests to service staff
- maintain daily log book for shift communication
- receive and record outlet reservations and special functions
- provide administrative support such as maintaining personnel files and depositing guest checks
- assist with food and beverage service as needed
- use suggestive selling techniques
- perform special projects and other assigned responsibilities
