Job Duties

  • Primarily greet and welcome guests in a positive and professional manner
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space and minimize wait times
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus, ensuring timely and courteous seating
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and efficiently
  • Manage reservations including new reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and updating seating charts
  • Work as a team and communicate effectively with management, bartenders, and service staff
  • Deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
