Job Duties
- Primarily greet and welcome guests in a positive and professional manner
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space and minimize wait times
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus, ensuring timely and courteous seating
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and efficiently
- Manage reservations including new reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and updating seating charts
- Work as a team and communicate effectively with management, bartenders, and service staff
- Deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
