Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a positive and professional manner
- manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize dining space and minimize wait times
- escort guests to their tables and provide menus in a timely and courteous way
- handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and efficiently
- maintain and update seating charts and reservation records
- communicate effectively with management, bartenders, and service staff
- deliver exceptional guest experiences and create WOW moments
- perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
