Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a positive and professional manner
  • manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize dining space and minimize wait times
  • escort guests to their tables and provide menus in a timely and courteous way
  • handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and efficiently
  • maintain and update seating charts and reservation records
  • communicate effectively with management, bartenders, and service staff
  • deliver exceptional guest experiences and create WOW moments
  • perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
