Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED preferred
- good reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills
- able to interact professionally with customers and team members
- able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- good judgment and decision making abilities
- able to spend 100 percent of working time standing, walking, and reaching
- able to push, pull and lift objects from a lower to higher position or move objects horizontally
- able to maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling while walking, standing or crouching
- able to climb ladders, stairs, and ramps
- able to carry loads greater than 35 pounds frequently
- able to communicate clearly in the restaurant's primary language
- able to hear sounds at normal speaking levels
- specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a personable, genuine, and upbeat greeting
- control the flow of traffic and maintain a clean atmosphere
- perform the role of a host
- know menu details, drink specials, and chalkboard specials
- open and hold doors for customers
- manage seating and monitor wait times
- guide customers to tables at a comfortable pace
- hand clean menus to customers and explain specials
- communicate throughout the restaurant
- provide excellent customer service
- assist busser by clearing or wiping tables
- assist servers by refilling beverages
- assist bartenders with carry-out orders
- complete assigned opening, ongoing, and closing sidework
- maintain a safe, sanitary, and secure environment
- notify managers of customer complaints
- remain calm at all times
- perform other tasks as assigned by management
