Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests courteously and efficiently
- Answer the phone and direct to-go orders properly
- Manage the waitlist and call-ahead seating
- Keep the host/hostess area stocked with necessary items
- Maintain cleanliness of the lobby area, menus, and restrooms
- Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Perform physical tasks including lifting 25-50 pounds and sustained mobility
