Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • outgoing personality with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • ability to multitask and work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a host/hostess or customer service role preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain a positive attitude and remain calm under pressure
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • enthusiasm for working in an upscale or luxury hospitality environment
  • knowledge of restaurant reservation systems is a plus

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
  • manage guest seating efficiently to maximize dining capacity
  • maintain an organized waitlist and communicate accurately with guests regarding wait times
  • provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs
  • coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • assist in managing reservations and walk-in guest accommodations
  • uphold the highest level of professionalism and hospitality at all times
