Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Positive and professional attitude
- Commitment to providing excellent guest experiences
Job Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Multi-lingual a plus
- Some experience in hotels, restaurants, food service or retail preferred
- Knowledge of Toast or similar POS system a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Greet guests, creating a great first impression for their dining experience
- Assist with managing reservations to ensure timely service
- Answer incoming phone inquiries, including reservation and online orders
- Provide the highest service standards possible to all guests
- Assist service team with clearing and resetting tables
- Maintain the cleanliness of host stations and equipment
- Meet and exceed all guest request and expectations with a professional attitude
