Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Basic knowledge of food service operations
- Previous experience in healthcare or senior living environment is a plus
Job Duties
- Ensure adequate daily coverage provided by Health Services staff for meal service
- Assist Culinary Services Director with training Health Services staff
- Attend staff meetings as required
- Direct resident, family and guest feedback to community leadership
- Ensure all server pre-service and post-service work is completed
- Assign sections and tables to Health Services staff
- Oversee cleaning and preparation of dining room and tables with restaurant style appearance
- Reset tables, linens and fill condiments
- Ensure drink station and salad bar are properly set
- Take orders and ensure Health Services staff take resident orders with excellent customer service
- Ensure drinks are filled according to resident and guest requests
- Serve and oversee service of residents and guests
- Manage guest reservations and prepare Private Dining Room
- Ensure completion of cleaning checklists
- Set up and deliver room trays as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of residents' personal information
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Promote positive customer service environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
