- Previous experience in upscale venue or fine dining

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greets guests and directs them to tables based on availability or seating preference
- Helps create an enjoyable dining experience while promoting a safe, clean, and neat environment
- Exhibits exceptional communication skills and demonstrates flexibility and patience
- Maintains sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- Supervises activities of food-service associates in the dining room to ensure customer service and sanitation standards
- Helps train new food-service team members
- Assists with service duties including occasional bussing and food service while adhering to safety standards
