Job Requirements

- Willingness to undergo training

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet and direct guests to their tables based on availability or desired seating arrangements
- Help create an overall enjoyable dining experience and promote a safe, clean and neat environment for guests and associates
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills and demonstrate flexibility and patience
- Maintain confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared
- Supervise food-service associates to ensure proper customer service, food handling and sanitation procedures
- Help train new food-service team members
- Supervise the closing of the assigned dining room ensuring side work and station setup is properly completed
- Demonstrate knowledge of emergency safety procedures and assist in evacuating guests during emergencies
- Assist with service tasks including occasional bussing and food service while maintaining safety standards
- Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines as needed
- Collaborate with other departments during special events or functions
- Perform other duties as assigned
