Job Requirements
- Standing and walking for long periods
- Bending, stretching, twisting, and climbing stairs
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Working in a busy, noisy environment
Job Qualifications
- Legal age to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages
- Valid TABC certification
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification
- Valid driver’s license or ID
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests warmly and graciously
- Provide menus and introduce their server
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- Seat guests efficiently and according to rotation
- Record names, party sizes, and wait times
- Maintain the reservation list and manage incoming calls
- Communicate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to keep service smooth
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Respond to questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism
- Share information about specials and features
- Relay messages to the service team as needed
