Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work all scheduled home games and event based shifts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- No prior criminal record
- Ability to work well with diverse teams and guests
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is beneficial
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated patience and flexibility in fast-paced settings
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles helpful

- Basic proficiency in operating common dining equipment

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet and direct guests to their tables based on availability or desired seating arrangements
- Help create an overall enjoyable dining experience and promote a safe, clean and neat environment for guests and other associates
- Exhibit exceptional communications skills and demonstrate flexibility and patience
- Maintain a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- Supervise the activities of food-service associates in the dining room to ensure proper customer service, food handling and sanitation procedures are followed
- Help train new food-service team members
- Supervise the closing of the assigned dining room and ensure side work and station setup is properly completed
- Demonstrate knowledge of emergency safety procedures and assist with evacuation
- Assist with service tasks including bussing and food service while maintaining safe food handling standards
- Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, beverage machines, and telephones
- Work with staff from other departments during special events or functions
- Perform other duties as assigned
