Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Ability to serve needs of guests through verbal face-to-face interactions
- Demonstrates positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to a high level of guest satisfaction
- Ability to learn and use telephone and computer systems used at the hotel
- Prior experience in hospitality and/or luxury settings desired
- Flexible availability to work various shift times as needed
Job Duties
- Greets guests upon arrival and seats them at their table
- Provides guests a menu and offers general information about the restaurants and meal options at the hotel
- Prepares and maintains a list of guests waiting to be seated, records guest name and number of guests in party
- Provides an estimate of waiting time and notifies party when table is available
- Checks in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course
- Thanks guests as they depart and invites them to return
- Cleans work and waiting areas according to department standards
- Follows all standard food handling, sanitation and health department guidelines
