Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests, present clean menus to guests, treat all guests to ensure their complete satisfaction, take names on a waiting list, run the floor plan board, observe tables and track clean, dirty, and occupied tables, take guest information and quote wait times accurately, clean, organize and stock menus at host area, answer phone and menu/restaurant questions, interact with guests upon arrival and departure, transfer to-go orders if applicable, maintain restrooms and routine cleaning, sweep foyer and front entrance frequently, use computer software for reservations and POS, perform other duties as directed, open door for guests entering and exiting the building
