Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming first impression
- Manage guest seating arrangements efficiently and courteously
- Maintain reservation lists and coordinate with the restaurant team
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen staff
- Monitor and organize waiting lists during busy periods
- Address guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and specials
- Uphold cleanliness and order in the host station area
