Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a hospitality role
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced, 24-hour operational environment
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • manage seating arrangements and waitlists
  • coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure timely service
  • provide guests with information about menu items and special offers
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints courteously
  • maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host area
  • assist in banquet operations as needed
