Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a host or hostess preferred
  • Basic knowledge of banquet operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station
  • Assist with managing banquet operations when necessary
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant flow
