- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
- manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- assist in coordinating banquet operations as needed
- collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless guest service
- provide guests with accurate information about the menu and services
- handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy
- maintain the host station and waiting areas in a presentable condition
