Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service
- proficiency with reservation computer systems such as Opera and Open Table
- ability to multitask and work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- excellent interpersonal skills
- strong attention to detail
- legal authorization to work in the United States

- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- knowledge of customer service preferably with food and beverage experience
- up to one-year previous employment in a related position
