Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- up to one-year experience in customer service or related hospitality role
- proficiency with reservation systems such as Opera and Open Table
- ability to multitask effectively
- willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- thorough knowledge of customer service, preferably with food and beverage background
- up to one-year previous employment in a related position
- experienced in communication and computer skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and seat them efficiently
- bid guests farewell with professionalism
- answer telephone calls and manage reservations
- coordinate end-of-shift reservation data
- manage seating arrangements to optimize guest flow
- provide information about the restaurant and menu to guests
- assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming host area
