Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- availability for shifts up to eight hours
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to perform continuous physical motions
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- ability to work well with others as part of a team
- experience in a customer service role preferred
- positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- Greet guests courteously and seat them quickly and efficiently
- answer the phone and direct to-go orders properly
- manage the wait list and call-ahead seating
- keep the hostess area stocked with all necessary items
- maintain cleanliness of the lobby area, menus and restrooms
- exert fast-paced mobility for up to eight hours
- use motions including pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
