Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and move continuously for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to perform physical tasks involving pushing, pulling, and stretching
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to perform fast-paced mobility tasks for up to 8 hours
- Experience in customer service preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and manage guest seating efficiently
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests courteously and efficiently
- Manage wait list and call ahead seating
- Answer phones and direct to-go orders properly
- Keep hostess area stocked with necessary items
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby, menus, and restrooms
- Use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- Lift between 25 and 50 pounds as needed
