Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Capability to sustain fast-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- Willingness to perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests courteously and efficiently
- Answer the phone and direct to-go orders properly
- Manage the wait list and call ahead seating
- Keep the host/hostess area stocked with all necessary items
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby area, menus, and restrooms
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times
