Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and move for up to eight hours
- Capable of performing physical activities such as pushing, pulling, and stretching
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests courteously and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct to-go orders properly
- Manage waitlist and call-ahead seating
- Keep the hostess area stocked with necessary items
- Maintain cleanliness of the lobby area, menus, and restrooms
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
