Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment for up to 8 hours
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform motions including pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
  • Ability to maintain fast-paced mobility for long periods
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting 25-50 pounds
  • Knowledge of basic phone and reservation systems beneficial

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests courteously and efficiently
  • Answer the phone and direct to-go orders
  • Manage the wait list and Call Ahead Seating
  • Keep the host/hostess area stocked with necessary items
  • Maintain cleanliness of the lobby area, menus, and restrooms
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Handle physical tasks including lifting and continuous motion
