Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED preferred
- recent restaurant experience as server or host preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older
- no felony, theft, or stealing convictions
- ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen
- ability to pass background investigation
- ability to obtain and maintain gaming license
- ability to communicate, read, and write basic English
- ability to demonstrate guest service and professional appearance
- ability to follow instructions in stressful environment
- ability to obtain Food Handlers card and TIPS certification
- knowledge of cash handling and dining operations
- knowledge of Arizona Title 4 Liquor Laws
- knowledge of POS and reservation systems
- knowledge of internal controls
- physical ability to stand, walk, sit occasionally, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work evenings, holidays, weekends, and irregular shifts

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service to all guests
- provide efficient, smooth, and accessible guest service in coordination with kitchen staff
- accept and confirm reservations daily
- greet and seat guests to their dining table
- operate POS to conduct sales transactions and handle cash
- compute bills, itemize lists and balance tickets
- manage floor seating and schematic setup
- handle reservation system with accurate database maintenance
- maintain a neat, orderly and stocked host/hostess desk
- maintain seating charts and organization of reservations
- maintain proper attendance according to casino policy
- contribute to a team effort and accomplish related results
- inspect dining room serving stations for cleanliness and requisition supplies
- ensure menus are clean and complete
- ensure entry doors are clean and free of debris
- check with managers about large or private parties
- distribute and track guests evenly to servers
- keep constant contact with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- follow Arizona Title 4 Liquor Laws and TOGE internal controls consistently
- assume other responsibilities assigned by management as needed
